During the spring Chalmers Innovation held a series of seminars on commercializing research. About half of the 20 attendees were foreign researchers from Chalmers and the University of Gothenburg (GU).
- There has been a great interest among scientists, and the seminars open up their eyes to the possibility of creating business from their research, says Martina Gregorovic, communications manager at Chalmers Innovation.
Titled "Researchers Program", the seminar series is held in English and is designed for researchers, professors and teachers at Chalmers and GU. It covers topics such as patents, identifying a commercial idea and the researchers role in transforming results into a business.
The next Researchers Program series will be held during the autumn.
