A man was shot in the leg outside a restaurant on Vårväderstorget, Hisingen, on Saturday. Several people witnessed the shooting but the perpetrator is still at large.
"They are not particularly interested in talking to us," says a police officer to GP.
A man in his early to mid-30s was shot outside the restaurant around 17:00 on Saturday. According to GP, the man was shot in his hip and one leg.
The fight is believed to have started inside the restaurant.
"Yes, there was some kind of argument. Then the victim was asked to come outside. Probably so that the perpetrator could avoid the surveillance cameras inside the restaurant," says a police officer to GP.
The victim is not believed to know the shooter.
Despite the many witnesses, the police struggle to get information. The witnesses prefer not talking to the police. However, the police believe they have a pretty good understanding of which circles the shooter belongs to and that it is only a question of time before the shooter is arrested.
