Housing-exchange night at Boplats

Ben Kendall 2011-09-29

September 29. Are you keen to swap your apartment? On Thursday evening Boplats is holding a housing-exchange night (Bobytarkväll).

At the Boplats entrance you will be given a piece of paper, which will say what you currently have and what you would like to have. It is a good idea to bring as much information about your apartment as you can. Include things like photos and floor plans.

At the mingle there will also be legal representatives from the Building Owners and Tenants Association (Fastighetsägarna och Hyresgästföreningen) on hand to answer your questions.

- They can clear up any questions that you may have, so there is no misunderstanding with the swap. You can't just swap apartments when you want. The landlord must approve and there has to be a vaild reason for it, says Shabaz Khan from Boplats in a statement.

The event is held at Boplats Göteborg, Rosenlundplatsen 1 between 17:00 and 18:30 on September 29.
